T.I. Responds To Casper. In Advance. Poetry.

I think it's time I made a song for niggas who don't know me
I graduated out the streets, I'mma real OG
I been trapping shooting pistols since I stood four feet
So while you nigga's acting bad, you gonna have to show me
You' gonna make me bring tha Chevy to a real slow creep
My nigga's hanging out the window, mouth full of gold teeth
When the gun's start popping, you wonder when it's gon' cease
Cap'll hit you on the side and create a real slow leak
We can end the speculation 'cause today we're gonna see
What's the future of a pussy nigga hating on me
I give a fuck about the feds investigation on me
I don't care they at my shows and they waiting on me
I'mma keep it popping long as I'm on my feet
Tell police that I ain't stopping, I'mma keep it in the streets
Contrary to your beliefs, I'm as real as can be
Fuck your thoughts and your feelings, nigga you don't know me.

That's all bluster. I bet he cares about the fed investigation now.

Lil Cuz,

How you could grow up around such great art, receive the finest schooling, be nurtured by such eclectic parentage, and go on to become an art Neanderthal is beyond me.

Stop reading words and feel spirit.

LOL. You interpret art like it is a deposition.

What you going say next: "T.I. doesn't even own a Chevy!"?

;-]

MJB,

It's ironic, you posted that link. I was listening to that song on repeat today while I was driving.

As per Dave Chappell
This is when keeping it real goes bad! Guess he likes prison soap!

No doubt! 'Motivation' and 'Prayin for Help' have resurfaced in my rotation, of course 'Dope Boyz' always stays in rotation.

If keeping art real is wrong...I don't wanna be right!
LOL

I like to call that gangsta genre 'Capital Music'...
Accordingly, one of Jay-Z's best lines: from "Lucifer" ..."I'm from the murder capital, where we murder for capital"
Insert that into the pledge of allegiance myyyy goodness.

Like I said, it's bluster.

The word is that T.I.'s friend was murdered a while back, but that T.I. was actually the intended target. Since then, he's supposedly received death threats, etc., making the weaponry necessary.

PD, aint that the word in ATL?

Yea you're right Robyn. And I guess it didn't help that he got into a fight Thurs. night at a club. It's an unfortunate situation. I hope the judge doesn't go crazy with the sentencing.
