Can We Take What We Dish Out?Were there a blog that posted an image of a couple, like the one below, and a group of white people made similar comments as the comments made by this group of presumably black people, about the image to the left, would we consider those white people to be racists?

I don't have a problem with marrying white women, so long as they are hot. She's not hot.

She actually doesn't look so bad now, she's slimmed down as has actually pulled herself together.

other than short i doubt he has that lil bit of Pac in him the ladies like. J knows what i'm talkin bout. no edge at all is my guess and black women just don't dig him like that.
some of these cats w/white girls get no love from sistas. rightfully so in most cases i've seen. my guess is yall wouldn't want him anyway. Same can be said for Halle.

But your pretty much right in your summation about what Black women want in Black men. 'Edge' is DEFINITELY important. However in LA, most guys are short. (somethin in the water).
the point about halle is for as badd as she is somthing just aint right with her or her reasons for picking the men she's been with. at the end of the day the "damn she's fine high" wears off and the person is whats left. My guess is this is where she falls short and brothas don't want to deal with her much like sistas not wanting to deal w/squares and punks.

However, that "something" exists in every woman. Without a man to deal with it, it manifests into that intangible yet dangerous "something" to which you and I refer.
However, I don't blame Halle. There is nothing so wrong with her, that it couldn't be dealt with by a man determined to do so.
A man's job is to save a woman from herself. The men she has been with, up till now, have failed to do so, or they were not properly motivated.
(If I wasn't already doing my thing, I'd have had to step up and chill Halle's ass out waaaay back)

As you know, I don't subscribe to the concept "racism" as do most people.
I am attempting to use it in a way consistent with you race based philosophers ... which I interpret to mean attitudes towards and opinions of others based solely upon their race as opposed to their character, culture or class.
How do you use it, and how do you answer the question posed by this post.
I am not attracted to caucasian men..never have been. To the brothers who choose to be w/ white women..more power to them. They most likely are not the type of brother that would be able to love a sista like myself so, there is nothing lost on my end. I desire a strong, loving, head of the household, lover of God type of brother who also can realize he needs a strong, loving, sensual, has no problem lining up under the head, lover of God type of sista...
