Vick's new shoes nixed

ATLANTA -- Michael Vick's legal troubles prompted Nike on Thursday to suspend the release of its latest product line named after the Atlanta Falcons quarterback.Nike has told retailers it will not release a fifth signature shoe, the Air Zoom Vick V, this summer. Nike spokesman Dean Stoyer said the four shoe products and three shirts that currently bear Vick's name will remain in stores.
Vick will be arraigned next week in a Richmond, Va., federal courtroom on charges of sponsoring a gruesome dogfighting operation.
Meanwhile, Falcons owner Arthur Blank issued a statement Thursday, saying the organization is ''working diligently on exploring our options.''
''This is an emotionally charged and complicated matter,'' Blank said. ''There are a wide range of interests and legal issues that need to be carefully considered as we move ahead, including our need to respect the due process that Michael is entitled to. Also, this situation affects everyone -- our club, our players and associates, our sponsors, our fans and the Atlanta community among them -- so we must consider all of our customers in making any decisions.''

Well, he is one of the NFL's biggest stars and he did get indicated on a bunch of counts. It's news. But he's is now the poster boy for "NFL bad behavior," which seems to be a title rotated amongst various negroes.

He is, today, a GLOBAL poster child for cruelty.
Corporate Media is running with this story like their lives depend on it.
I just watched 20 minutes on CNN that made this story look like the Apollo landing.
Hey... He did it... He made a choice in his life... Now like us all he must live with the outcome!
Don't do the crime... If you don't want the press. He wanted the press when he was running for touchdowns CORRECT?... So he can't have it both ways my man. Life does not work like that. It's entertainment news...
BTW you spend a lot of time on this topic... Just leave it be... Lets discuss China's environmental issues and the shoddy products that they ship to the U.S. because your spending way to much time on Mr. Vick ;)

This post has very little to do with Vick.
1) This is about the intentional distraction of the conformist masses by feeding their insatiable need for boogeymen to hate.
2) This is about the blazen hypocrisy of a nation that kills and eats a million cows, hogs and dogs a day, pretending as if the loss of a dozen dogs is jaw-droppingly inhumane.
3) It's about the ghastly arrogant ignorance of a nation that cries more for dogs than they do for the hundreds of children our bombs and embargos kill every day.
Casper, I'm not trying to rob you of another young dark brown brother to hate - but this is about propaganda, conformity and media. Not Vick.
No Denmark it is all about Vick being an asshole that picks on animals for fun.
