Hip Hop & God

In the name of Jesus
(thats right)
No weapon formed against me shall prosper
(preach)
And every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn
(preach)
(Lord give me a sign)
For this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord
(preach)
and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

I love this song...It reminds me of some of the conversations Pac had with the Lord through his songs. A song of substance. Well done DMX.

Good call Paul. Substance. In a world increasingly void of substance - let us give credit where credit is due. Good call.

Yup.

Absolutely. Both are rhythmic metrical compositions rich in metaphor and evocative qualities of their ostensible meaning.

Art was never meant to be an instruction manual.

...but for lost children it is. it most certanly is. more than intention, we need to be ever mindful of perception.
