Protecting The World From Tyranny

"SATAN IS YOUR GOD NOW, NOT ALLAH!!!"

Captain James Yee, a Muslim Chaplain, was posted in Guantanamo Bay, in 2002, but less than a year after serving there, he was accused of espionage by the military and faced charges so severe, that he was threatened with the death penalty. Yee was locked away in a Navy prison in Charleston, South Carolina, spent 76 days in solitary confinement and was subject to abusive treatment. In 2004, the government dropped all charges against him.

"Now, how was religion being used against the prisoners? Well, prisoners would come and they would tell me that when they were taken to interrogation, they were, of course, shackled at the wrists and at the waist and at the ankles, as prisoners down in Guantanamo are shackled, and they would tell me that they would be forced to sit in the center of what was painted on the floor, a satanic circle. The interrogators would attempt to force them to bow down and prostrate, you know, like in the form of the Islamic prayer where Muslims bow down and prostrate, while the interrogator is screaming at that prisoner that “Satan is your god now, not Allah!” This is how religion was being used against prisoners."

DV, there's worse they could do to the prisoners. This one doesnt rank high on my injustice meter.

Worse injustice in the world? Maybe not.

I'm just not cool with anyone representing themselves as "The United States of America" forcing people to kneel in the middle of demonic symbols and swear allegiance to Satan.

I thought we were spreading democracy not Satan worship ...

Can you imagine if another country did that to prisoners? We'd be watching endless propaganda documentaries about it on 60 Minutes and Barbara Walters and listening to the harrowing stories of those who never lost their faith in the face of it. But, America does it and it's no big deal.

OK. Insurgent. You are right. So what does this tell us?

Is whomever designing this policy of torture and satanic psychological warfare, deliberately trying to provoke Muslims around the world to view this supposed "war on terror" as a "War On Islam"?

Is all of this really big effort to spark global religious war?

this is so achingly grotesque. the evil that humas will do to other humans....it is baffling and unfortunately, timeless.

"this is so achingly grotesque."

What gets me Jasai, is that it is done ... in the name of America ... in our name.

I don't to have anything to do with this - other than ending it.

but really, how do we - you and me and J and dina...all or any of us, make it stop? You know the jank at the polls is just jank at the polls. you know the politiker will say what the politiker must, to stay off the unemployment line. I feel like they have veered so far and with such audacity and damn near no reserve, that we would have to blow up our damn selves to get rid of the shame.

Hmmm...

I really go back and forth. Part of me thinks this is an attempt to spark a global religious conflict and another half thinks is a nasty war by the elites against the masses and they are using everything available to distract the masses from their victimhood. The poor Muslim has more in common with a poor American than he has with Bin Laden. And a poor American has more in common with the Iraqi who is struggling to survive than with Dick Cheney or Monkey Bush.

Panning out, it looks like the elites are looting the globe for all they can get and distracting the masses with nonsense.

I fear nothing will fix it short of a revolution. Karl Marx's view was that history is linear and that capitalism precedes communism (thus, there has never been a real communist country on the planet). Occasionally, I wonder if Marx was right and the elites are setting the stage for the revolution of the proletariat. The capitalist stage is there. Communism is next in Marx's order. The elite are pushing the masses to the brink of destruction and, at some point, it's going to be us or them.

What do you think?

isn't it going to have to be? nothing short of that seems to have even the tiniest set of legs. all of this war and grief and greed and outrage will have to go someplace; make itself fully manifest. this kind of destructive energy, like all forms of energy, will never disapper, it will simply change form.

whoa is a whole bunch of us when the switch kicks in...

Damn.

Ya'll two of smart women.

Damn. We need to get you on television.

To hell with Barbara, Rosie and The View.

Insurgent,

I think both parts of you are right on the money. It is an attempt to spark a global religious war - and - it is an attempt to distract the masses from their victimhood.

Yes, it will require a revolution. However, not another of the fake revolutions led by the same people disguised as Bolsheviks, or Jacobins which simply causes societal chaos by upsetting the established order for the sake of upsetting the established order.

This time the world needs a spiritual revolution. A revolution committed to the principles of Divine love and universal brotherhood. The NeoCon / Zionist / Illuminist / politics of “them” vs “us” is a formula for doom.

The last revolutionary that attempted to effectuate this type of change was nailed to a cross.

Jasai,

You are right. I'm not trying to wait until school buses in America are blown up by some fanatic seeking revenge for the loss of his child - before I raise a voice in protest.

Those who truly love their children, do not kill other people's children.

We need to do what Shakespear said--"kill all the Jews."

Denmark Vesey said...

Damn anonymous ... I can't co-sign with that one.

Warmongers, lobbyists, WMD liars, false-flag operators .... maybe.

That has nothing to do with the practice of Judaism - which is an ancient, beautiful and deeply spiritual religion - when actually practiced.

The same can be said for Christianity and Islam.

Let us not fall into the trap of broad categorical generalized hate.

That's what they want.
