Well maybe in the sense that he took another younger brotha' under his wing on Ultimate Fighter.
I don't know too much about this dude, but isn't he a street fighter so he never trained to fight against heavyweight pro fighters. Maybe if there was less hype about him and more focus on champ training, he might be able to last longer in the ring.
Being a street brawler who's risen from the streets to competing against pro's has gotta count for sumthin. Many others are still unknown talent, only dreaming about making it and Kimbo despite his epic failings, is living it.
Whether this makes him a brotha or not is sumthin only to be decided by those who say he is or he isn't and those who know much more. For me he is, but I def wouldn't rate him in my top definitions.

Since Kimbo came on the ratings have skyrocketed to 3.8 million viewers.
Win or lose the UFC can't afford to let the cat go.
