Plantation Negros Don't Get This ...

And Lincoln was assassinated over his opposition to a privately-owned central bank (a little known factoid the Plantation doesn't like to share with the slaves).

Yes. Exactly.

Not only Lincoln, but also Kennedy.

Kennedy didn't catch it f'ing with the Fed, Kennedy caught it for f'ing with the military industrial congressional complex, that very same one that Dwight Eisenhower spoke about in his departing remarks.

Read Fred J. Cook's classic and prophetic 1962 treatment The Warfare State..., the fireworks between JFK and E.M. Dealey (Dealey plaza named after his daddy) were legendary.

LOL. Lincoln did not sign the Emancipation Proclamation to make anyone free. Indeed enslaved Afikans (nearly 1 million people) in the loyal slave-holding states of Missouri, Kentucky, Maryland, and Delaware, along with the West Virginia Territory, and loyal areas of Tennessee and other Confederate states were not covered by the Proclamation.

Lincoln’s true intentions regarding Afrikans in America were articulated in his December 1, 1862 address to Congress when he proposed: (1) a gradual elimination of slavery—extending to 1900; (2) financial compensation to slave owners for the loss of their “property;” (3) colonization for freed Afrikans.

The Proclamation served two primary purposes for Lincoln: (1) it allowed him to use “contraband” in the US military; (2) it all but guaranteed that Great Britain and France would not intervene in the Civil War on behalf of the CSA.

Exactly Mak.

Plantation negros are still slaves in America.

Probelem is most of them don't realize Plantation crackas are slaves too.

Which keeps them focused on race.

Also Mak.

Stop calling the Black men and women of North America "Afrikans".

That's silly.

Why do Black people want to believe they are from everywhere except the land beneath their feet?

How do you know those "1 Million" Black people ... in 1865 ... were ALL brought here from Africa?

How do you know they were not Indigenous People?

I told you before.

I'll tell you again.

BLACK PEOPLE ARE FROM ALL OVER THE PLANET EARTH.

AFRICA. ASIA. SOUTH AMERICA. AUSTRALIA. NEW GUINEA. THE PHILIPPINES. EVEN EUROPE.

Limiting us to one piece of land called Africa is some Darwinian hocus pocus.

No way Josey Wales. "Power is the ability to define reality."

My focus here is on Lincoln and the Emancipation Proclamation, not your "Pangaea fantasy."

However, since you raised the issue.

[In this ground-breaking study, Sterling Stuckey, a leading cultural historian and authority on slavery, explains how different African peoples interacted on the plantations of the South to achieve a common culture. He argues that, at the time of emancipation, slaves still remained essentially African in culture, a conclusion with profound implications for theories of black liberation and for the future of race relations in America.

Drawing evidence from the anthropology and art history of Central and West African cultural traditions and exploring the folklore of the American slave, Stuckey reveals an intrinsic Pan-African impulse that contributed to the formation of the black ethos in slavery. He presents fascinating profiles of such nineteenth-century figures as David Walker, Henry Highland Garnet, and Frederick Douglass, as well as detailed examinations into the lives and careers of W.E.B. Du Bois and Paul Robeson in this century.]

You still believe white men brought you here in boats?

Them white boys have your mind all mixed up.

18th Century boats were about the size of a city bus.

At most they could cross the Atlantic twice a year.

How many boats making how many trips could possibly account for "1 Million" Afri"k"an slaves in 1865?

Did white people bring the Olmec civilization to Central America too?

lol.

Come on Mak.

Dem whyte peepus is awfully powafull!!

The W. E. B. Du Bois Institute for African and African-American Research is located at Harvard University and was established in 1969. It is named after W. E. B. Du Bois who was the first African American to receive a Ph.D. from Harvard University (1895).[1] The Institute awards up to twenty fellowships annually to scholars at various stages in their careers in the fields of African and African American studies to facilitate the writing of doctoral dissertations. The Institute is also involved in the community through the W. E. B. Du Bois Society.

Henry Louis Gates, Jr. is the director of the Institute. Gates hosted and co-produced the PBS documentaries African American Lives and African American Lives 2 in which the lineage of notable African Americans is traced using genealogical resources and DNA testing.

"From the 16th to the 19th centuries an estimated 645,000 were brought to what is now the United States. The usual estimate is that about 15 per cent of slaves died during the voyage"

The Olmec flourished during Mesoamerica's Formative period, dating roughly from as early as 1500 BCE to about 400 BCE. Pre-Olmec cultures had flourished in the area since about 2500 BCE, but by 1600-1500 BCE Early Olmec culture had emerged centered around the San Lorenzo Tenochtitlán site near the coast in southeast Veracruz.[1] They were the first Mesoamerican civilization and laid many of the foundations for the civilizations that followed.[2] Among other "firsts", the Olmec appeared to practice ritual bloodletting and played the Mesoamerican ballgame, hallmarks of nearly all subsequent Mesoamerican societies.

East Indiamen: 17th - 18th century AD

The great value of trade from India and the East Indies prompts the various East India companies - and particularly those of England and Holland - to invest in magnificent ocean-going merchant ships. They need to be capacious to store the cargo; they need to be strong and well-armed to fight off pirates or even the ships of rival companies; and they need to be comfortable for their captains and for important passengers, busy making fortunes in the east.

Beautifully carved and gilded, these are the most splendid ships of the time. The largest class, outdoing even the biggest warships, are 1200 tons.

These vast ships are not fast, as their statistics reveal. The largest are 165 feet long and as much as 42 feet wide, a ratio of less than 4:1 between length and width. These are the portly aldermen of the high seas. While the East India companies enjoy a monopoly of trade, speed is not of great importance.

LOL the African slave narrative continues in the minds of the Indigenous of the Americas. Africans on the continent do not think of themselves as Africans until they leave their home country and come to the U.S. or the U.K.,...Why we in America got to be Africans??? How often do you who believe you are African eat Fufu, or egusi? Had any pounded name lately?

Ironically, Henry Louis Gates' DNA traced back to Europe and not Africa, specifically Ireland. He begged and begged the DNA "experts" to place his ancestry in Africa until they located two seperate places in Africa his DNA could have come from. East Africa and West Africa...What a wide berth that is.

No European shipping could go on without the sanction of West Africans. The Europeans and later Europeans that usurped the name American, had to pay heavy tribute to the west Africans to travel the sea lanes owned by the Africans or be SMASHED at sea. They paid.

Slavery was not only confined to the plantaion, but also in major southern cities where often free people of colour mingled with the enslaved population. Free light skinded blacks and free dark skinded (just playing) did not socialize with each other nor did either group socialize with poor and enslaved blacks. Its a proven fact that many of the blacks in major southern cities were very wealthy and it was not the just "illegitimate" children of slave owners that were prosperous but dark skinded blacks were often just as wealthy. And both owned slaves black and white. Oh yes there were many many white slave...Check Oliver Cromwell's ousting of the Irish to the colonies and the Caribbean.

The 1828 Webster's dictionary states the definition of Americans as "The copper coloured races of people found in America..."

Ancient and Modern Britons, by David MacRitchie, also pushes the same on page 13 of Volume one.

Every time a person says "da white man brung us here" he is stating how great the white man is.

And yet, the white man even until this day has invented very little that is useful for our day to day living, yet he could bring a million Africans across the Atlantic....LOL

Lincoln did not want international banker on this land, this is the basic reason he was killed. Lincolen NEVER freed anyone. To emancipate is not to free. To liberate is to free.

Kennedy - Executive order 1110. That's why he is dead. It's was the monitary not the military that got him killed.

Of course not DV. We all know that Black people along the Carolina/Georgia coasts learned Mende and Vai from the Mound Builders who were already here. LOL

"P.E.H. Hair . . ., a British historian, pointed to the "astonishing" fact that all of the African texts known to be preserved by the Gullah are in languages spoken in Sierra Leone. Mende, which accounts for most of the African passages collected by Lorenzo D. Turner, is spoken almost entirely in Sierra Leone, while Vai and the specific dialect of Fula are found on the borders with Liberia and Guinea. But Dr. Hair also noted that a "remarkably large proportion" of the four thousand African personal names and loan-words in the Gullah language come from Sierra Leone. He calculated that twenty-five percent of the African names and twenty percent of the African vocabulary words are from Sierra Leonean languages, principally Mende and Vai. Dr. Hair concluded that South Carolina and Georgia is the only place in the Americas where Sierra Leonean languages have exerted "anything like" this degree of influence.

Gullah culture seems to emphasize elements shared by Africans from different areas. The Gullahs' ancestors were, after all, coming from many different tribes, or ethnic groups, in Africa. Those from the Rice Coast, the largest group, included the Wolof, Mandinka, Fula, Baga, Susu, Limba, Temne, Mende, Vai, Kissi, Kpelle, etc.—but there were also slaves brought from the Gold Coast, Calabar, Congo, and Angola." --- Hair, P.E.H. Sierra Leone Items in the Gullah Dialect of American English. Sierra Leone Language Review, 4 (1965), 79-84.

Bro Man, you must live in an area where the National Security State sprays a lot of chem trails, b/c it sounds like early onset Alzheimer’s is taking hold. How many times I have told you that there is no doubt about the Afrikan presence in the Olmec Civilization.

“Studies done by researchers such as Ivan Van Sertima (They Came Before Columbus), Alexander Von Wuthenau (Unexpected Faces in Ancient America), Runoko Rashidi and others have presented evidence that clearly show that the Olmecs were not Indians with "baby faces," or Indians who looked like Blacks (although a few Olmecs did mix with the Native Americans). They were Africans no different from Africans found in the Mende regions of West Africa.

Studies done by Clyde Winters show that the Olmecs used the Mende script, a writing system used among the Mandinkas and other Africans in West Africa. When the writings on Olmec monuments were translated, it was found that the language spoken by the Olmecs was Mende.” – Paul Barton

Abraham Lincoln, in a debate with Stephen Douglas: "I will say then that I am not, nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in anyway the social and political equality of the white and black races -- that I am not nor ever have been in favor of making voters or jurors of negroes, nor of qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will forever forbid the two races living together on terms of social and political equality. And inasmuch as they cannot so live, while they do remain together there must be the position of superior and inferior, and I as much as any other man am in favor of having the superior position assigned to the white race. I say upon this occasion I do not perceive that because the white man is to have the superior position the negro should be denied everything.”
