Over the past century the Plantation has converted schools into a school system. This system had a purpose. That purpose was to convert human beings into human capital. Today that human capital is called Human Resources.
In order for this system to work, the Human Resources Industry (the school system) needed a reliable and constant supply of raw material: children. Enter Compulsory Schooling.Compulsory schooling, like it's fascist cousin, compulsory health care, is in the interest of the people who operate the schools and the interests of the people selling the health care.
It is not in the interest of the children and those who wish to be healthy.
Secondary schooling is not compulsory. Not yet anyway. Therefor it needs marketing. The type of propaganda in the above video explains the fervid emotional attachment Plantation Negros have to Plantation schooling. Many of them even think of access to Plantation Schools as ... a "right".
