It's possible this event could be real. Equally, it could be staged. Neither side can be absolute. Because it happened live in front of a few people and shot into the airwaves does not authenticate it. David Copperfield making the Statue of Liberty disappear happened in front of a much larger crowd.
Difference is we consented to the disappearance of the statue being a trick before the show started. We did no deep investigative study to find resolve, we just knew it was a trick and that was sufficient evidence for our conscious. I feel that Wax, possibly, if it is staged, was done to red flag anyone expressing similar beliefs as Blake's ghost writers so eloquently summed up (for someone mentally ill). Places you in the Clay Duke category just like any criticism of Israel places you in the Hitler or anti-Semitic category. Lake County Schools, in cooperation with local fire departments, law enforcement agencies, emergency responders and public health & mental health professionals, will participate in an active shooter drill on Tuesday, Dec. 7, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the old Mascotte Elementary facility, located at 513 Albrook St.
In an effort to improve emergency response capabilities and strengthen relationships among agencies, the participating agencies will be challenged to review, evaluate and test their agency's emergency response plans in a coordinated, unified effort.
The purpose of the drill is to implement the activities of key personnel with responsibilities and procedures during a response to an active shooter on a school campus. Collectively, Lake County Schools and the participating agencies will test and evaluate plans and procedures while enhancing interagency coordination and cooperation. Additionally, mental health, counseling and reunification components will be evaluated.
Volunteers will role play as victims, using make-up and other props to create a realistic scenario.
This will benefit all participating agencies in the event of a manmade or natural disaster, such as a terrorist attack, hurricane or tornado, said John R. Schmidt, Administrative Coordinator of the Safe Schools Department for Lake County Schools.
The multi-agency active shooter drill is sponsored by Lake County Schools' Safe Schools Department. The drill is is funded by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools Readiness and Emergency Management for Schools grant and facilitated by Emergency Response Educators and Consultants (EREC), Inc.

Officials say Rebecca Duke was a contract employee and they chose not to renew her contract back in 2008. They don’t think she had any idea of his plans.

A sign advertising hand to hand combat manuals was on its back on the property of Clay Allen Duke Wednesday morning.

And other than the sounds of neighbors chopping wood, all is calm in the quiet Alford neighborhood where Duke reportedly lived. Neighbors said Wednesday that’s the way it usually is. Charles Stephens lives down the street from Duke, and he said he’d never met him. “I’m kind of shocked, I really am, shocked,” Stephens said. “It’s pretty quiet, people just keep to themselves.” Neighbors said Duke’s mother lives on the plot of land next to the home on Mill Road. They said she held it for her son while waiting for him to get out of prison several years ago. Jason Mayo is the closest neighbor to Duke who isn’t reportedly part of the family. “My family’s lived around here our whole life, and they know his mother and them,” Mayo said of Duke’s family. “They’re good people, and you never would have expected anything like this.” Lacy Farkash, owner of the Kountry Kandy store on Highway 231, said she realized Duke had been in her store after she saw his face on the news.
“We all just need to make sure we protect ourselves more,” Farkash said.

What about his spontaneous interest in facebook on the date of the last school shooting drill and he did not use facebook for communicating with others, he had no friends. The 14th Judicial Circuit Medical Examiner, Dr. Michael Hunter, released his preliminary report on the death of Clay Duke, 56. Duke opened fire in a Bay District School Board meeting around 2:30 Tuesday afternoon. No one else was injured. He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. But it was Head of Security, Mike Jones, that brought Duke to the ground and is credited with saving the board-members lives. The report reveals Jones shot Duke three times in the region of the back. The final report will be issued in months to come. It will include the toxicology results.
Months for the full report due to toxicology? By that time, no one will care about projectories, powder burns, fragments, etc.

The family of the man who went on a shooting spree at a Bay District Schools board meeting said Wednesday they are shocked by his actions, but understand his motive. Amanda Crowder, the stepdaughter of Clay Duke, said he went to the Nelson Building to learn why his wife’s contract with the district was not renewed in 2008 and “…to try to make a change.”
[What? He decided to go to the area one week after a live active shooter drill to complain about a 2 year old contract? Where did he get the gun? What about the one week old facebook page, did the stepdaughter help him? Was he computer saavy?]

I'm looking at this video, and the gun looks real enough. At about 6:02, the first bullet knocks those papers back, and the 2nd clearly makes a bullet hole in the floor. Unless they used DreamWorks lvl special effects here (which i'm not saying they won't) just to get the conversation started i'm inclined to believe at least that much was real. I just still doubt that this guy intended to kill anyone.
