The business model of the Military Security Complex is quite simple:  1) Create "enemies" for the American people 2) Manufacture demand for "protection" from said enemy 3) Charge the American people huge sums of money for this protection 4) Make them forfeit their Constitutional Rights in exchange for that protection.

Goal?  Power.  Complete control.  Totalitarian police state.  America does not occupy Afghanistan and Iraq.  Banks occupy Afghanistan and Iraq.  International Corporations occupy Afghanistan and Iraq.   The American people pay for it.  But that is NOT an American operation.

The media coverage of the Oscar Grant case in Oakland is partially a staged media event designed to create the illusion of a more 'militant' urban (people of color) - domestic terrorist.  "Domestic Terrorism" is a brand new market for the Plantation.

Notice the corporate media bombarded us with images of angry, out of control, violent emotional protesters lining up with police.  Notice there were no interviews of intelligent articulate young people.  Notice no single voice of leadership is allowed to emerge.  The corporate media learned not to create MLK's, Malcolms, and Huey P. Newton's as spokespeople who can rally and focus a movement.  No more Yassir Arafat's.  No face of resistance.

The Plantation media has learned from their Israeli counterparts that in order to succeed you must portray your opposition as unsympathetic, faceless, voiceless, militants ... in need of prison and death.

In 5 years East Oakland will be indistinguishable from The Gaza Strip.
