Listen, I am out of shape right now. I'm not at my "fighting weight." But it wouldn't benefit me at all to pretend it was okay and adjust my current state to the "new normal."
Here's my good news... I'm smart enough to know I have some work to do towards restoring a path of healthier eating and exercise. Anything less is lazy and stupid.

Awww poor thing. She really does need to be honest with herself though because the truth is she knows damn well you cannot be healthy at any size. When you're too big your heart is working way harder than it is meant to and there's nothing healthy about that.
When I told my doctor that I intend to just starve off my extra 10 pounds with slimfast she was like "well we suggest finding a realistic diet that you can stick with but honestly, that's what I would do too if I were you, it's just 10 pounds". LOL I appreciate a doctor that's vain enough to ride with my bad ideas!
On the bright side, if she put on some fake Gucci sunglasses, cut her hair and pasted on a fake beard...why, she'd be Rick Ross.

As a matter of fact, go to Wal-Mart and get your groceries, then get in the other line and get your blood pressure and weight loss meds. Get a dewrag while you're at it and an "American Living" flannel shirt...made in China of course.
Just let Plantation medicine heal what ails you...and bring your checkbook. You can leave your spirituality,common sense and self-control at home, you won't need it.

The comedy and "hoodwinking " continues...but what do you expect from a scciety that allowed soda and "HFCS" loaded snack machines..lunches consisting of anything that can be dipped...non-existent nutrition curriculum...in our so-called "school system"...its about the money not our health so she is appointed by the luciferians who consistently "murder their own"..but yet I should be outraged about a dog!!! I recall the movie industry depicting evil with rottweilers and jackals...maybe there is a connection between certain members of society and their four legged brothers...I will continue my study of nutrition and diet as if I was studying to be a "rocket scientist"..and not casually assume that my diet will "right" itself one day...hopefully that miraculous day wont be when they are putting yo' ass in a casket "way too soon".
