The cross-dressing for Jesus scene is hilarioso!!!My aunt hates this man's work with a passion.
What I find is that so many people like his work not only because they find it funny but because they find some moral value in his "tell like it is" or (tell it like it is through the eyes of a man conflicted by his relationship with women) approach.
His audience wants to learn from him. They like the simple moral endings in fairy tales. They want to believe they identify with that melodramatic garbage.
But WHY HIM?!! Why is it so easy for them to follow him word for word and not anyone else?
Do we have Hollywood to thank?

i haven't stopped watching this episode yet, it's a straight up classic. i'm kind of a fan of 'rocky horror picture show', so i thought the 'cross-dress for christ' scene was brilliant. i can't stand that perry tries to use his faith to legitimate his buffoonery and his positions, as if he is the first and only person that ever did/can/does/should make films about black people. i denounce him and all his works lol.

I heard Tyler threatened to remove his business from the station. God if only. Such a shame intelligent, creative people aren't in charge of bringing shows that entertain me. Maybe you should start a Youtube show DV. ;) I think I watch like 20 min of tv a day now. 8 min of which are spent surfing.
