What kinda salt?
KP
Now THAT looks good!

That is REAL food!
I am so glad you are giving out recipes. It must have been your wife who convince you to do this. Trying to educate plantation people on health you have to share the knowledge.
Question, what sugar do you recommend for every day?
Anon...
Blue Agave or fruit. You really don't need sugar everyday. But if you are just changing your diet the best sugar is just fruit.
Stevia leafs are also good.
That looks good...is that cilantro in it too?
Sista Nurse!
You dig the slaw? Me too.
Hated it as a kid.
Didn't realize Grandma wasn't making it right!
Kaaaaaay P!
Himalayan Pink Salt all day e'ryday.
Micro-Nutrients the Plantation Negros have been told not to worry about.
What's happening Anonymous.
Brother Ces, is right on the money.
Sugar is something we all get too much of ...
Refined sugar is a cousin of cocaine.
And it kills 1,000 times more Negros than yayo ever did.
Even modern day oranges have 5 times more sugar than God originally gave oranges.
Little agave when you need it, but even that is something that is being phased out.
Hello IMS.
Cilantro? I don't think she put Cilantro on this ... but I know she uses it quite often.
How come I never hear you talkin' about eating something like...snake?!
lol. ;)

@ Ensayn
Is that Beauford Delaney you're sportin as your profile pic?
Wow! RJ! Look at you!!! :-) I'm so impressed. Can I get some broccoli? LOL!
@ O. Mahogany,
Acutally no. It's a piece of art a friend of mine from Zimbabwe painted. It may be purely a coincidence if the image looks like someone else.
Peace
