Williamsburg, Brooklyn $839,000
Bedrooms: 1 Bathrooms: 1 Square feet: 1,168 Common charges: $580
Built a century ago as a knitting factory and converted in 2006, this full-service Berry Street building sits at the epicenter of the 'hood's hip north side -- within walking distance of the "trendy" Bedford Avenue shops and restaurants. Inside, you'll find this "extraordinary" loft with a "top of the line" kitchen (Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances), a "spa-like" bathroom and washer/dryer.

What a ripoff!
I like Mid-Cent-Mod - no fan of Soho Chic.
No way that apt. is worth $840k - not even if it had Thermador appliances.
Funny you say that ya'll When I'd used to fly gorgeous women from around to country to visit me, (oh shit here comes wayne) that would be the initial reaction of chicks when they'd come out to L.A and see Hancock park hollywood hills etc. I'd have to agree that was my initial reaction, as well with this pic but....it's New York. I'll probably end up ploppin down a mil in cash to get a joint like this. As far as the decor what the eff is that Cherrywood bullshit on the left? The rug is circa 95- 98 unless its early 70's vintage. Whoa I just saw the wood cabinet in the middle of the frame... actually everything here is wrong. Look paint the walls grey suede have some non descript colorful artwork on the walls. Make all the wood mahagony, keep the chest in the middle and make all the furniture cushy and dark. Boom. Timeless. That's just Illmath
