Medecins Sans Frontieres MSF has complained that a fifth planeload of its emergency medical aid for earthquake survivors was denied permission to land at the US-run airport in Haiti's capital on Tuesday.
The Paris-based medical humanitarian organisation said the cargo plane carrying 12 tons of drugs, surgical supplies and two dialysis machines was turned away three times and diverted to the neighbouring Dominican Republic.
