If that granny was a black man resisting orders, you'd be protesting on the streets with Jesse & Sharpton.
When Rodney King was beat for being a criminal high on PCP charging officers, niggas rioted in the streets and destroyed LA. He was also deified into a media icon and received a whopping $4 million from the city.
Racist double standard? You betcha.

Granny asked for it and she got it.
Was it necessary? Probably not. He could have slammed her to the ground and cuffed her.
Moral of the story. Be careful what you ask for.
Am I evil for not feeling sorry for this women? No but I may be wrong for finding an inkling of satisfaction. That's why they call me Ill . Cuz I don't give a fuck about that bitch. Oops don't wanna be mistaken for a run of the mill thug so ok she's not a bitch. She believed in white supremacy. Now she doesn't.
"Im getting back in my car" really meant "How dare you, Im a white women" and the cop was saying "no bitch them days are over this is Obama country and yous finna get tased." She thought police brutality was solely for insolent negros who bebopped to jazz on tuesday nights. She was wrong. oops oh well.
I don't know Thug.
That linear race shit is played out.
"Black Good. White Bad." Thought we were past that.
See,
Bablyon tasin' a Plantation Caucasian of the Cajun persuasion is not a righteous occasion, no time for celebration or feigned elation.
No matter what race she ... granny don't deserve brutality, or her life to be, put in jeopardy, threatened with a felony, by some rookie cop trainee in love with authority cuz in high school, he didn't get no pussy.
DV the woman resisted, he warned her he'd tase her if she continued to resist.
He couldve twisted
her osteoporosis inflicted
bones and handcuffed her
or broke her aluminum hip (insurance doesn't cover
titanium)
or by slamming her to the ground to detain her.
I don't have time to lend sentiment to some women who thinks her lack of melanin somehow defies authority of the agents of the upper end
It had to be her whiteness that lead her to believe, she was above the law. I assume the south but it could be, north west or east
this women lived in a society wherein they'd hang men from trees
without punishment.
without no reprieve for the black and berieved
rebeling against a man clearly superior physically but she couldn't see that so she was to feel electricity if u will.. pay a fee
Race? I may past it but it ain't past me
judging from the past and present race IS the latchkey.... at least for me
Damn PST,
You a cold piece magne... you a coldpiece.. ;)
I gotta say Granny deserved that shit. She refused to comply with no fewer than 7 requests, including physically resisting, and attempting to walk away. If I tried that I'm pretty certain he would have pulled out his 9mm instead of his taser. Actually I don't think it would have even gotten to 7 requests.
I think there's a difference between righteous resistance and just plain insolence.
Souless minions, DV, Souless minions...This is their reasoning:
"She did not do what the cop wanted her to do. Therefore, although she wasn't violent, he had a right to be violent to subdue her."
Ain't that a bitch. Nothing about common human decency. Police officers should NEVER EVER have the authority to use violence on anybody unless that person is using violence against them or others. Seriously.
Are we that brainwashed that we think that some asshole in a uniform has a right to abuse us if we drive faster than the speed limit or are non violently non compliant? Fuck that. I hope to God most people don't think like that. I really do. Otherwise, our society will get what it deserves in time and I don't want to be here should it come to that!
That whole video incenses me. That cop is an abusive fuck of a person. He was handling her like a rag doll. I hope she sues the hell out of that police dept and he loses his job and pension benefits. What an asshole!
Well, explain what the cop did wrong? There is a time to be angry at abusive police. This ain't one of them. The cop asked her to take a step back...away from that little white line that separates the shoulder from oncoming traffic. All of her anguish could have been avoided by her taking one step back. Pride and insolence got her tased. I say whatever.
"She did not do what the cop wanted her to do. Therefore, although she wasn't violent, he had a right to be violent to subdue her."
Uh...Mandisa even Farrakhan tells you to concede to authority. That's life Im not going to pretend as if I am the authority when it comes to lawful matters. IF I WANT TO BE THE AUTHORITY ON LAWFUL MATTERS I JOIN THE POLICE ACADEMY (or law school) AND SUFFER THE SELF DEGRADATION ABUSE AND whatever else that comes with being a law enforcement officer.
"Are we that brainwashed that we think that some asshole in a uniform has a right to abuse us if we drive faster than the speed limit or are non violently non compliant? "
I don't think he would of handcuffed her for speeding Mahndisa. It was apparently something more serious. Perhaps endangerment of a child or drunk driving. Maybe an offense that may threaten the livelihood of others. Maybe murder. Maybe YOU'RE THE ONE HAS BEEN CONDITIONED. TO AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME A 72 YEAR OLD WHITE WOMEN IS A NON THREAT. MAYBE SHE HAD A GUN MAHNDISA. I bet you if it was my caramel cappucino Black ass up there you woulda saw me as a threat if I resisted the arrest of an officer.... and all I do is paint colorful pictures smoke bowls and do vipassana. GTFOH! not literally you know I got love for you

How quickly we forget that old white nigga shot dude in church. He was around 72.
You are plumb crazy man! If I saw your Black ass get pulled over in a Youtube video I would say the same EXACT thang. Frankly I've dealt with police officers in my life affairs enough to know that certain abusive personalities wish to be police officers.
I don't give a good God damn about Farrakhan saying I need to submit to authority. To whose authority? It is patently unreasonable to treat any person like that.
I don't know what she was pulled over for, but really don't care. You are innocent until proven guilty in this country and unless she threatened the cop with violence, he had no right whatsoever to do that to her.
You can say she got what she deserved and you can say that he didn't do anything wrong, but I am willing to bet that with a good attorney she could sue the pants off that police debt for abuse.
And being conditioned to think she's benign because she's white? Well first, I wasn't looking at her ethnicity and secondly you forget where I'm from. I live in Modesto, CA home of farmers, rancher and tweakers. The majority of criminals I see are white or are Hispanics with gang affiliation.
Many of the Blacks in my town are recent immigrants from other places and are doing well financially. So ah, perhaps you've been brainwashed.
In any event, I will always have love for pot smoking Ill assed folk so HEH!
And if the good doctor doesn't see what that cop did wrong, that is reason number seven thousand and fifty two why we shouldn't even engage each other.

I believe you and I appreciate that :)
"Frankly I've dealt with police officers in my life affairs enough to know that certain abusive personalities wish to be police officers."
So then, you know not to be aggressive or resist, when an officer of the LAW requests to "put your hands behind your back". Otherwise you subject yourself to getting beaten or tased. It seems to me, the intelligent action would be temporary compliance.
"I don't give a good God damn about Farrakhan saying I need to submit to authority. To whose authority?"
The POLICE'S temporary authority.
"It is patently unreasonable to treat any person like that."
Maybe so Queen BUT If this person has a police record and/or has the potential to threaten one's safety, non lethal methods of coercion can be a viable means of resolving a potentially deadly situation.
"I don't know what she was pulled over for, but really don't care"
I should stop right here. But why wouldn't you care? You sound a bit plumb crazy to me.
"You are innocent until proven guilty in this country and unless she threatened the cop with violence, he had no right whatsoever to do that to her."
Well Mhandisa I think you're speaking out of emotion, rather than in the context of the legal system. That Officer is afforded by law to arrest that individual based upon a present violation of the law or one of past,.. So RIGHTS are Afforded... by the law like it or not. So in FACT he did have the right to tase the isolent suspect that clearly resisted arrest AND instigated by saying"I DARE YOU!". In the given situation she could be perceived as a threat.
"Lol u niggas r a bunch of hypocrits."
Just Byrd the negrophile projecting :)
"If that granny was a black man resisting orders, you'd be protesting on the streets with Jesse & Sharpton."
NOPE. BUT if Granny was a Black Granny I'd be ready to lench that nigga cop. I ain't rollin' wit' Jesse, Byrd Im rollin' wit Rollin' Sixties Lol!!!! If it was ME telling an officer "I dare you" I would understand the threat that would pose, and if he tased me?.... I'd understand. TO resist arrest is stupid and counter productive. (with exceptions this not being one of them).
"When Rodney King was beat for being a criminal high on PCP charging officers, niggas rioted in the streets and destroyed LA. He was also deified into a media icon and received a whopping $4 million from the city."
Byrd AKA lablue
"That's right they burned that SHIT DOWN BABY BOY BLUE!!! GOT Koreans bowing and shit when Black man steps thru.. smiling bigger than a than an 1936 coon when a nigga gets a sobe. :)
"He was also deified into a media icon and received a whopping $4 million from the city."
DAMN BYRD!! I mean La Blue! 4 milly! He shoulda invested in my joint we woulda had Tyler Perry money ;)
"You betcha."
You betcha? You're a corny homosexual "lablue" Yes... the dreaded combo.. you betcha!! LMBAO!!
Yep I sure was speaking out of emotion when I wrote that. I don't agree nor submit nor feel as though the police should be the adjudicator of rights at all. Like I said unless he is threatened with danger or others in his immediate vicinity.
A few months ago a cop pulled a gun on me with my BABY in the car. I must admit to you that I wanted to do him harm. If I didn't have a baby, I'd have a lot less to lose. Don't get me started on whether or not it'd be worth it. In many ways I consider Lovelle Mixon to be a hero.
As I get older and have experienced abuse by police officers, I get less and less tolerant of their bullshit. I have only cared for two police officers in my time, the deacon who helped baptize me and a blogger named bloviating zeppelin for his writing. Other than that, I could do without cops.
When a crackhead was breaking into my parents house in East Oakland back in the day, the cops took well over one hour to show up. When me and my brother saw a guy get shot to death in the middle of the street on 84th and E14th back in the day, the cops took over an hour to show up. When I called the FBT and local police depts for some workplace fraudulant activity that my EMPLOYER was sanctioning a few years back, what did they do? Threaten to incarcerate me for confidentiality violations, although they admitted that my employer was in the wrong.
So no, I have a hard time agreeing with Farrakhan on this issue. What any cop has ever done for me and mine, I cannot say. But I must admit that submission to their authority is something that is hard to stomach and fathom.
"And if the good doctor doesn't see what that cop did wrong, that is reason number seven thousand and fifty two why we shouldn't even engage each other."
There are plenty of reasons to not engage you. Not agreeing with you is not one of them.
72 years old does not make you above the law. It doesn't allow you to say or do anything you want. It doesn't allow you to speed, then walk away from a police officer acting in his legal right. Could he have controlled her without tasing her? Maybe, he attempted to and she pulled away and almost stepped into traffic. So she got tased. How many times is this guy supposed to ask poor little old white lady to chill the fuck out, while she is not complying and daring him to tase her? If she were 22 instead of 72, we probably wouldn't be having this conversation. Age doesn't always bring wisdom. And age doesn't mean you aren't a threat...or maybe we should ask the family of that security guard who got shot dead by an 88 year old man a few days ago? Notice she stopped acting a fool when she was twitching on the ground.
I see the game like this: there is a posted speed limit. If you go over it you are knowingly and willfully taking the risk of getting pulled over. Once you are caught and pulled over the cop rightfully gets to make the rules. There ain't no oppression, and it ain't time to protest. Your led foot ass just got CAUGHT. Period. Shut up, be polite, take your ticket if he gives you one, then talk all the shit you want on the way home...in your care...miles away from the cop...while doing the speed limit.
What do I care, most of the time either the Marine sticker on the back of my car, or recognition that I might be pulling slugs out of the cops ass gets me out of tickets.
Yes retard, you engaged me again and still don't get what I say. Her age has little to do with my objection to her treatment. I maintain that NOBODY should be treated like that unless they represent a direct violent threat.
You are of the mindset that the cop has a right to abuse her. I don't. It's that simple. I don't care if she was speeding or driving drunk or had just robbed a bank and I am sincere. You don't abuse people like that and police officers are abusive fucks.
If you choose to believe that cops SHOULD have the authority to adjudicate your rights, well that's just fine and dandy for you. When your ass gets arbitrarily pulled over one day for not breaking the law because the officer has to meet his ticket quota and he decides to be a total dick to you, will your argument be the same?
You are just a shill for whatever the status quo is doing, there is very little substance in that thick skull of yours except platitudes, rules and regulations that you regurgitate so that people might take you seriously.
Dumbass.
pot smoking thug - when you can formulate a coherent, logical response sober, u let me know k?
yea man, a granny giving some lip to an officer deserves getting tazed.
but a nigga crazed out on PCP & assaulting officers, causing $1 billion in damages to a city, deserves $4 million?
why the double-standard homy? Just cuz of race?
This may be a better example of the NWO Police State.

Hey Mahndisa, good to see you,
I guess all I have to do to get you to foam at the mouth is disagree with you. Pavlov would be proud.
I shed no tears for that woman. She went out of her way to be an asshole, why should I care?
The link Anonymous above posted is police brutality. This video of a cop shooting a young black man in the back on New Years Eve in Oakland is police brutality. My uncle getting shot in the head in 1973 Boston, is police brutality. My "light-skin" 14 yr old cousin and my "dark-skin" 45 year old uncle getting thrown on police cars back in 1989 when cops were looking for the "carjacker" in the Charles Stuart case is police brutality. Granny showing her ass, and daring a cop to tase her because she thinks she's above the law...doesn't compare.
When police have approached me with a disrespectful tone, calling me "homey" or whatever, I have politely and firmly corrected them. I've told them that I will be addressed as either Mr. or Dr. G. I've so far yet to run into a cop who didn't immediately reproach himself.
Please Mahndisa, I've lived in the skin of a black man for 41 years in places like Roxbury, Mass. Chicago, and Northern and Southern Cal....I've been on the wrong end of overzealous cops, however at least in my case I've never had a problem with them, and never compromised my dignity.
"pot smoking thug - when you can formulate a coherent, logical response sober, u let me know k?"
What's "sobriety" have to do with a factual argument? If I make an argument for the existence of gravity on crack and you're "sober" and you disagree.. does that make me wrong? Look Bro stand on ur own merit, Weed has nothing to do with anything. If something isn't coherent, copy, paste and respond accordingly. Coward
"but a nigga crazed out on PCP & assaulting officers, causing $1 billion in damages to a city, deserves $4 million?
why the double-standard homy? Just cuz of race?"
What they did to Rodney King isn't comparable. If you do think they're comparable than there is no debate. If you don't think they're comparable than there is no comparison. Therefore, no debate. I win. Don't dismiss that as "high talk" just accept that your reading comprehension is sub par.
If they beat a white man like Rodney King I'd be very upset! So no it's not about race. Being tased and beaten to a bloody pulp are two different issues and the fact that you would bring that up in this context suggests to me that you're nazi, a bigot or just naive and braindead.

Thank YOU Doc! I wanted to reply but she had already confessed that she was speaking purely from emotion.
