Funny from the back you look like a good friend from med school who is at this moment in his native Haiti setting up a clinic.

Tell him I'd like to holler at him about the NGO's (Non Governmental Organizations) in Haiti who are in the process of vaccinating 1 million Haitians with the oral polio vaccine.
I hear they plan to inoculate half the the Haitian population or 5.6 million people all together.
Since these are rich, private, individuals, inoculating millions of poor black people, I'd like to think black doctors were on top of the situation and help us rest assured this is not some wicked Eugencist program disguised as a Feel Good Save The Poor Negro campaign.
It's not like there's no precedent for genocide. Is there?

He's a family practice doctor. Trust me, he will lay waste to that idea faster and harder than I tried to...and do it in Creole! No but seriously, my step-dad and he are both from there, and I'd like to get over there and help as soon as possible.
DV, let's think about this from a killers perspective for a moment. If I wanted to commit genocide, why would I inoculate my target with the same stuff I inoculate myself? If I wanted to kill them, I'd make sure they DIDN'T have my advantage, and let them die from dirty water, and diseases most American doctors haven't seen in 30 or 40 years.
I know this vaccine thing has got you guys all up in arms over here. I don't know ANY physicians kids who aren't vaccinated. Like I said look at the Risk-Benefit ratio. I'm not going to convince you. You have to weigh all of the evidence for yourself and make your own decision.

I won't insist that every concoction labeled "Natural" is sacred and beyond question ... if you don't insist every product marketed by pharmaceutical companies and prescribed by physicians is sacred and beyond question.
There's issues all around.
I suggest we examine everything on an equal playing field on a case by case basis.
Considering the current health of the American people we can safely conclude that whatever we have been doing for the past 50 years needs to be revisited.
You are the first doctor I've seen not run away after the first few exchanges with us .... "Vaccine Deniers".
Most MD's stick around long enough to realize they need to come stronger than "take our word for it, we're Doctors" in this forum.
However, heart, genius and style is amply rewarded.

Brother, I've actually have been saying this all along. Nothing is sacred, because that would be dogma rather than science.. The medical and scientific community continually evaluates, and re-evaluates the evidence. It doesn't stop. I wish I could invite you to a morbidity and mortality conference, or a journal club. The arguments I'm having here are nothing compared to how we get down behind closed doors. There is no "faith" but there's an occasional F-word.
