Not shaking your opponents hand is when you show that you were really beaten. If you gave 100% and really felt you were prepared to win and then you lost, you should be able to look the dude that beat you in his eyes and give him his props. Running off the court and leaving your teammates hanging to get bashed by the media is a ho-cake move.
