I would have to agree with Gen. Clark's statements. Mcain is truly a stand up guy for refusing an early release and staying behind with his men in Hanoi, many people accepted that offer. However, it appears Mcain has not learned the lessons of the Vietnam war and he appears to be ready to repeat our tragic mistakes there if elected President.
not only is McCain lacking in command experience - as being a POW doesn't afford any - only Obama has threatened to put in serious work.....,
Had McCain accepted early release he would have been immediately prosecuted he was under orders to not accept early release
