I don't carry a doctors bag, so I don't have a need for it. If I did, I'd carry one of the classic old school bags...with initials of course.
I'm more function than fashion. I'd prefer something for the MacBook and journal articles. But the leather looks nice, and the workmanship seems OK from the picture.
