Ok, I had to look at this twice as I was sure I was mistaken...please tell me that the white fellas were not intentionally neglecting to shake the POTUS' outstretched hand? Come on white folk....really?
nah...both presidents were introducing their respective delegates...the clip actually is a bit longer....prez o gets the opportunity to shake hands with russian delegates prior to prez d shaking hands with american delegates...that's what is looks like to me
Watch this video again and you will see Prez O introducing each of the US DELEGATES! These are not the Russians. You can see him saying something as he reaches out his hand as though it were the name or job title of whoever was being met. Notice the Russian Prez is silent all the while. Also notice the way Prez O puts out his hand, especially the last; he's so distant from him that, that is not for a handshake but a gesture of introduction. They're NOT Russians, and even if they were do y'all really think the Russians would refuse to shake his hand. Seriously? Like they never met him before when he visited Medvedev earlier in the year.
And also, this is a high profile meeting of statesman where silly stunts like that just don't fly. Don't y'all think it would have made the headline of several major papers in the world if that were the case, being the global phenomenon that His O-ness is? Puhleeaze, this is another misinterpretation like the G8 Summit with Sarkozy, BO and the Brazilian girl.
