    I'm neither from Louisiana nor do I listen to hurricane chris' music. So can somebody explain why I was so embarrased as I watched this clip.

    I'm FROM Louisiana, and very thoroughly CONFUSED by this clip. Why was he testifying before the legislature? Or was this just a for entertainment thing.

    And if so, my tax dollars pay for THIS ISH!? That's why these pigs around here are writing so many superfluous kotdam tickets!!? Betcha Jindal was in the back doing the stanky leg. *Shudders*
