A lot of women like the hind end thing. Some even have been known to beg for that. And I have heard stories that many women get pissed off if that position is not done.

Probably a good health care system would help in fighting the aids epidemic.... we do not have a good health care system. If everyone were tested once a year then if infected people knew they were infected ... that would no doubt change this situation. That is not how the drug companies make money though and that is what they are in business to do.
