  2. Oh, just in time. Doc MG and Craig over here hatin' was gettin me vexed for a minute...till I saw this post...

    Man oh man oh manohmanohman...

    Samosas. C'lawd have mercy.

Never had 'em raw, but the wife and I were just talking about these bad boys last nite.

    And mango chutney???

Yes indeed. Between these "Blackest" dishes and the fine ass women you post up here, I don't know which looks more delicious (shit, yes I do...the plate can wait).

I'll be jackin' this recipe ASAP, just so you know.

And are the wraps made from scratch or did you buy them? I'd rather use something like that instead of the fried pastry they usually are made with.

  3. D. SMITH,

What are you getting vexed about? If you've got something to say speak up. If not, jot down the recipe like a good little girl, and take your ass to the kitchen.

And yeah, I know you are a dude.

    Anyway.

Yeah maaaaaaan. Wife messed me up with this one D!

First time she said "Raw Samosas" ...

"I was like ... "uh ... uh ... raw baby? Indian food ... You sure? OK"

Mannnnn ... these bad boys were fantabulous.

Mango chutney had my fo'head vibrating.

The wraps man. The wraps! Lawd ha' mercy D!

    Delicious. Sweet. Soft. Slightly crunchy.

I couldn't believe it was pure coconut.

If you try to make these let me know. I'll have the wife send details.

  8. Ahem,

I, D.SMITH, have something to say:

Doc MG, the proud descendant of slave ancestry, got me vexed. Although not as vexed as he seems to be while trying to cyberbully everybody from the nurse's station. I at least just read his comments and with a hearty chuckle say to myself, "wow, this nigga here...". Thank you.

Now, lemme put my apron on and get up on these samosas.

You ever had a samosa, Doc? You like 'em? Or you still on "dem fi' dolla Subway sammiches?".

    In moderation, of course.

DV! I might have to take you up on that offer for the details.

  9. Cyber bully? Oh, did I bully you? Sorry...didn't mean to make you cry. You see, I thought you were a grown MAN. Guess not.

Yes, do put your apron back on. If you come on down to the nurses station I'm sure I can also find you some feminine products.

  14. I can pull most dishes off by just looking or smelling them but the coconut wrap - y'all got me on that one. And yes mango chutney is da bomb!

That presentation is simple yet inspiring, seemingly delectable...hit me up (nickitembo@gmail.com) with that recipe too. Thanks in advance!

  16. Hey M.

Please try it. I was cool on samosa's till I tried these. Although raw ... the spiced added heat.

    Very interesting dish.

  17. Nickiiiiii!

Will definitely hit you up with that recipe ASAP.

Let me know how they turn out.

  18. Wait... did you dehydrate the wrap at home or find a supplier with quality stuff?

Also... I wonder what a touch of fresh lemon would add to those kale chips... like they need anything else. ;-)

  19. Where can i find the ingredients for it DV?
