Well, not really.I lift weights since I was 16.I have changed my body a few times since then, and gmo food was never an impediment to grow muscle or lose fat.Is always best to get rid of sugars, salt and processed foods.No link between gmo blocking muscle building or fat loss.But, of course it is always best for many reasons to consume the healthiest foods.
