I'm gonna go with #3 KRS1, but since he's considered an old school rapper (even though he speaks the truth), he won't be taken seriously.
Because 'politically relevant' is one o'those malleable terms with subjective and context-specific meaning, that does not amount to objective, universal truth: my choice is in that pictoral order.
