  1. Ah-ah iCant.

Less greens and add some banana and strawberries to that, along with linseed and pumpkin seeds or chia seeds.

Now that's the breakfast of the Blackest.

  8. How many calories does that have to fuel your day? Like 1 or something? You don't eat anything else for breakfast? You aren't showing us all the supplements you must take to get through the day...

  9. Curry Chicken Salad

Take a whole, pasture raised organic chicken and cook it. Take the bones and scraps from what's below and make stock. Just simmer for 4 hours.

    Take the meat, add:

    celery
    toasted walnuts
    apples or grapes (seasonal)
    chard or kale
mayo (make it yourself silly, it's just eggs and EVOO)
    salt & pepper
    and tons of curry powder

Wrap it with lettuce & enjoy.

Turmeric is the bomb --ever wonder what the alzheimer's rate is in India? (basically zero--it's the curry).

  10. Okay - but what does one eat with that?
Maybe on a light day - but I'd need more calories if I'm actually doing any work.
