I'm pretty sure that the "One of them" mentality is the best example of being a Plantation Ne-ga-ro. But if you mean that he now owns his own plantation with his own set of workers - I see that point, but who wants to remain a slave forever?

I still say he's a egomaniacal power monger who's only interest is himself, even to the detriment of other talented artists (Cory Gunz, Tru Life, etc.) in his charge, but otherwise he a'ight. Ha.
