Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick who has been dubbed the “Hip Hop Mayor” and is known for his wild mansion parties is caught up in yet another scandal. He is being sued by two former police bodyguards who alleges he ruined their careers after they launched an internal investigation into the mayor’s marital infidelities and misconduct by other security officers. One cop is claiming he had to flee the city because he feared for his life.

What on this blog remotely suggests a "hatred" of people who practice the ancient and deeply spiritual religion of Judaism?
"Next to the Bible The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is perhaps the mostly widely read book in the world. Published in Russia in 1903, it purports to be the leaked master plan for "Jewish world domination." It is the kind of thing that would be studied at secret workshops of an occult society.
1. The need for daily bread forces the GOYIM to keep silence and be our humble servants. Agents taken on to our press from among the GOYIM will at our orders discuss anything which it is inconvenient for us to issue directly in official documents, and we meanwhile, quietly amid the din of the discussion so raised, shall simply take and carry through such measures as we wish and then offer them to the public as an accomplished fact. No one will dare to demand the abrogation of a matter once settled, all the more so as it will be represented as an improvement ... And immediately the press will distract the current of thought towards, new questions, (have we not trained people always to be seeking something new?). Into the discussions of these new questions will throw themselves those of the brainless dispensers of fortunes who are not able even now to understand that they have not the remotest conception about the matters which they undertake to discuss. Questions of the political are unattainable for any save those who have guided it already for many ages, the creators.
Faint praise worth considering in context;
Apart from Ron Paul, who has no chance to be nominated, no candidate is likely to challenge the "special relationship." Some critics of Middle Eastern policy have been hopeful that Barack Obama, who has less baggage on the issue than the other candidates, might approach the Israel-Palestine conundrum with a more open mind. Such hopes are fleeting, as Obama has adopted an increasingly strident pro-Israel line to make himself more electable. This line was apparently crafted by his key adviser on the region, Dennis Ross, a former State Department official who was the key negotiator between Palestinians and Israelis under President Bill Clinton. Ross has invariably tilted in the Israeli direction by defining most regional problems in terms of Israeli security concerns.
When he is not advising Obama, Ross is now a "distinguished fellow" at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy (WINEP), the strongly pro-Israeli Washington think tank that was founded by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). He is also a Middle East analyst for Fox News.
Israeli interest in the outcome of the election is legitimate, because the billions of dollars in U.S. economic and military aid are seen by most Israelis as crucial to their country's prosperity. For this same reason, it is worthwhile for Americans to note just how the Israeli media evaluates the various candidates' pro-Israel credentials. The Israeli national interest is clearly not identical to that of the United States, except possibly to AIPAC, but it would be difficult to discern the difference based on the comments being made by American presidential candidates. Indeed, many of the candidates sometimes seem as if they are actually running for office in Israel.
Ha'aretz, the more liberal of the two Israeli English language newspapers, assesses the presidential candidates in a monthly feature called "The Israel Factor: Ranking the Presidential Candidates," which rates the candidates from 1 to 10, with 10 being "best for Israel" and 1 being worst. The most recent "Israel Factor" appeared on Jan. 17. It should be noted that Republican Congressman Ron Paul is not included in the rankings because the Israeli panelists believe that to do so would be a "waste of time."
At the bottom of the heap? Yes, it's Barack Obama with a 5. He has tried to demonstrate that he is true blue when it comes to Israel by manfully supporting last year's invasion of Lebanon, which killed more than 1,000 civilians and caused billions of dollars worth of damage: "I don't think there is any nation that would not have reacted the way Israel did after two soldiers had been snatched. I support Israel's response to take some action in protecting themselves." I suppose that, In spite of the bad grammar, that came off a bit too eggheaded, not to mention mealy-mouthed. Obama lived for a while in Indonesia, which is known to be overrun with Muslims. He could himself be some kind of crypto-Islamofascist, and a few years ago he had some nice things to say about Palestinians. You lose, Barack.

"DV, I know you don't want to admit it, but I'm glad you jumped on the Obama bandwagon."
Young Brotha Paul,
The media just can't miss the chance to make this about race or gender. Always trying to chop America up into bite-sized morsels. When Hillary won NH, it was because of female voters. When Obama won SC, it was about Black voters. When Huckabee won whatever it was, it was because of Christian voters. When Romney took Nevada, it was because of the Mormon voters. Yada, yada, yawn...
Tiring, simplistic and unimaginative. It couldn't be that some people like a tough broad who is married to a guy they like. It couldn't be that Obama - for as cookie-cutter as he is on the issues - is pretty darn charming. And with the Republicans, it couldn't be that Huckabee comes off the least insane of the "viable" Republican candidates or that Romney is the best-looking of the lot.
When McCain wins, they don't chalk it up to the Irish Catholic vote. Nope, it has to be race, gender and religion because Mr. Cohen said so.

Investors have yet to collect more than $2.5 million in profits they made trading options in the stock of United Airlines before the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, according to a source familiar with the trades and market data.
Securities regulators and law-enforcement agents throughout the United States and Europe are investigating unusual patterns in short sales and the purchase of "put" options, both of which are financial-market bets that the price of a given stock will fall. Authorities here and abroad have not publicly disclosed any conclusions they have reached and refuse to discuss the case.
The point. The line. The plane. The numeral 1. The numeral 2. The numeral 3. The numeral 4. The numeral 5. The numeral 6. The numeral 7. The numeral 8. The numeral 9.
By normal standards of sleuthwork, this scene is hardly a mystery. It certainly doesn't require a genius to figure out the likely culprit behind Ledger's death. Once you eliminate all the things that couldn't have been responsible for his death, you're left with only one remaining likely cause: The two bottles of pharmaceuticals (antidepressant drugs and sleeping pills) found adjacent to Ledger's body.

Not everyone who chased the zebra caught it, but he who caught it chased it.
A poll this fall by the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, a black think tank, shows the wide disparity of support for Mr. Obama among blacks. While 75% of blacks who went to college had a favorable or very favorable view of the candidate — rising to 88% among blacks who went to graduate or professional school — support dipped to 62% among those with just a high-school degree and to 42% among blacks who haven’t finished high school. A similar pattern shows up as income levels fall among blacks. And while 83% of blacks employed full time had a favorable view of Mr. Obama, just 55% of unemployed blacks did.
Fanatical Secularism can be viewed as its own sort of religion whereby the "state/media" replaces the church / mosque / temple and, despite claims otherwise, also assumes the role of the "higher power".
Senator Barack Obama says that he plans to utilize hip-hop artists to educate American people. Where have we heard that before?
Obama says he’s a fan of the genre and has already spoken to two of his favorite artists, Kanye West and Jay-Z, about how to use hip-hop to positive effect.
Speaking to Jeff Johnson on the TV show What’s In It For Us?, he said: "I’ve met with Jay-Z; I’ve met with Kanye. And I’ve talked to other artists about how potentially to bridge that gap. I think the potential for them to deliver a message of extraordinary power that gets people thinking is massive."

“After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further,” the statement said.
"Let's make clear what the facts are: I am a Christian. I have been sworn in with a Bible. I pledge allegiance and lead the pledge of allegiance sometimes in the United States Senate when I'm presiding."
